How do my employees see their pay statements?

DailyPay is more than a way to access earnings before payday - it is also a tool for employees to track their pay. Employees enrolled in DailyPay can use the app to see their pay history, including reported shifts  for the current pay period and a statement for prior pay periods.

To view reported shifts, an employee must tap the Pre-tax earnings card on the home screen of the DailyPay app. Then, they will be able to view:

• Visibility into each shift included in the DailyPay Balance
• Visibility, with an explanation, of each shift excluded from the DailyPay Balance due to employer policies
• Visibility into the status of each shift: “Reported,” which indicates a shift exclusion, or “Available”

To view a statement for a past pay period, an employee must tap the “Pay” tap in the employee app. Then, they can tap a specific pay period to see a summary of:

• Earnings
• Employer withholdings
• Net pay
• Transfers, and fees
