What is DailyPay Customer Support?
DailyPay Customer Support is the team dedicated to answering DailyPay-related questions your employees may have. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding select US holidays), Agents are accessible via chat, phone and email, to provide answers, in English or Spanish, for a wide range of topics ranging including (but not limited to):
- Enrolling in DailyPay
- Available Now amount questions
- Account status questions
If an Agent is unable to resolve your employee’s question immediately, they will escalate it to an Escalation Specialist who will continue working the topic until a resolution is determined. The Customer Support Agent will then follow up with the employee with the resolution.
