Why do I need to report employee terminations?
We request that you report terminations in a timely fashion so that your employees’ DailyPay accounts can be properly settled when they end employment.
If these steps are not taken, the employee may wrongly be transferred earnings and DailyPay may not be correctly reimbursed for these transfers. You may be held responsible for any uncollected amounts resulting from a delay in reporting employee termination.
When a salaried employee quits, is terminated or is on unpaid leave, the company must cancel the employee's DailyPay account in the partner portal immediately. If they do not, our system will continue to offer the employee earnings indefinitely.
