My employee was sent an off-cycle today to their DailyPay account. Where did it go?

If your employee was sent an off-cycle payment, it will first be applied, as per DailyPay policy, to any outstanding balance for any transfers taken in the current pay period. Any remainder amount will be sent to your employee as an instant transfer payment to their primary account on file.

Please note, this is the default policy unless otherwise coordinated with the DailyPay Client Support team and may not necessarily apply to your employee.
