When does the Direct Deposit Update (DDU) file need to be actioned?
The information within the Direct Deposit Update (DDU) file needs to be completed before payroll is finalized and submitted for the pay period in question. Whatever your payroll schedule is, it is imperative that these updates to employee direct deposit accounts are made successfully.
