When is the User Roster file needed?

While there is no specific time during the day that the User Roster file is required, the more often that DailyPay receives the User Roster file, the more frequently we can create employee accounts for your workforce. Most clients submit the file at least once per day to ensure that DailyPay accounts are created in a timely fashion for their new hires and newly eligible employees.
