When is the Gross Earnings file needed?

While there is no specific time during the day that DailyPay needs the Gross Earnings file; the more often DailyPay receives the Gross Earnings file, the more up-to-date employee available balances are. So we encourage you to provide the Gross Earnings file as often as possible, with a minimum of once daily.
