What if I forget to upload/send the Net Earnings file?

If the Net Earnings file is not received before a scheduled payday, DailyPay will not know what to pay your employees. Since we rely on the information contained in the Net Earnings file to pre-fund employee pay on the evening before payday, DailyPay will be unable to submit employee remainder payments in advance. As a result, we will have to wait until the actual deposits from you arrive in the respective employee DailyPay accounts in the early hours of the morning before we can immediately send these deposits to your employees as Same Day ACH payments. The end result is that your employees will receive their pay a few hours later on payday. 

Please be advised that, if on the morning before payday, the Net Earnings file is still “‘missing,” you will receive an automated email reminder at around 9:00 a.m. ET. If by 12:00 p.m. ET, the file is still outstanding, the DailyPay Client Support team will attempt to contact you directly in order to have you send the Net Earnings file. We will work diligently to make sure we receive the Net Earnings file that day.
