Why does DailyPay need the Gross Earnings file?
DailyPay requires the Gross Earnings file because it contains the information we use to calculate the available balance from which your employees can transfer. If no earnings information is reported, or if it is delayed, DailyPay will not know the amount of earnings to make available.
We require earnings information for all your eligible employees, even if they have not yet enrolled in DailyPay, so that when they do choose to start using DailyPay, we have a balance to present. This will ensure the most seamless experience for your employees from sign on to first transfer.
