What should an employee do if they are unable to claim a DailyPay Reward?
If your employee is unable to find a DailyPay Reward, there are a few steps they can take to resolve this issue.
How to Claim a DailyPay Reward
1 Your employee will receive an email to claim the reward
2 After clicking the email, they’ll be taken to the DailyPay app
3 Have your employee select "Claim Reward" to claim the reward immediately, or “Skip” to claim the Reward later.
4 On the next screen, they’ll be notified that their Reward was redeemed
5 Your employee has successfully claimed their Reward.
First, ensure the Reward hasn't expired and that your employee follows the steps to redeem their Reward whether they are an existing DailyPay user or they have never used DailyPay at their current job. If your employee has a direct deposit account on file, the Reward may automatically be sent to that account upon expiration. To determine if the reward will be sent out to the direct deposit at expiration, log into the Portal and select Rewards Sent from the Rewards section of the left side menu.
If your employee does not have a direct deposit on file, or if the Reward is not set up to be sent to the direct deposit at expiration, the Reward will expire and will no longer be able to be redeemed.

Then, find the user in question from the list of rewards sent. View the appropriate columns to determine if the reward will be sent to the direct deposit at expiration and which account it was/will be sent to.
If the reward either was sent or will be sent to the user’s direct deposit, coach them on where they can expect to see the funds. If direct deposit at expiration is not set, let the user know that the reward has expired and can no longer be claimed. If you would like to reissue the Reward, you can do so by clicking the 3 dot button next to the appropriate employee’s line in the main Reward section of the Portal.
