When an employee redeems a Reward, where is it sent?
If they go to claim their Reward via the email they were sent from support@dailypay.com, they must verify their information. They'll be prompted to add the information for a debit card, pay card, or bank account they would like the Reward sent to. They must type the information in full each time they receive a Reward to ensure it goes to the correct debit card, pay card or bank account.
If they go to claim their Reward via the app, they can select from any existing bank account, debit card, or pay card they have on file or they can choose to add a new one to send the Reward to!
Please note: a Reward sent to a debit card or pay card arrives nearly instantly, while a Reward sent to a bank account arrives within 2 business days.
*Note: The Reward will not be added to their available earnings.
