When can the employee expect to receive a Reward after redeeming it?

Depending on the method used to redeem the Reward, it will arrive either within a few minutes or within two business days. 

Within Minutes: If they redeem the Reward by using any debit card, it will arrive nearly immediately after they finish the process. The transfer should appear within 1-2 minutes to the debit card or pay card they entered the information for when they claimed their Reward.

Within 2 Business Days: If they redeem the Reward using a bank account (checking or savings), their Reward should arrive within 2 business days.
