User Definitions in the DailyPay Portal

The DailyPay Portal provides several reports to view usage metrics under the Reporting section. 

As of 9/24/2024, the definitions for Engaged Users and Adopted Users are as follows: 

• EWA Engaged: The user is enrolled, and they made 1+ transactions across EWA in their lifetime.
• EWA Adopted 30-Day: The user is enrolled , and they made 1+ EWA transactions within the last 30 days.   

It is possible that an impact may be seen for both Engaged and Adopted user counts, which appear in the Enrollment Report and Location Report. These reports are visible to Full Permission Admins and View Only Admins.

Please note that the definition of Enrolled user remains the same

• Enrolled: the user meets eligibility criteria, and the user activated their provider account.

What were the definitions before 9/24/2024? 

OLD definition of Engaged: the user enrolled and has made 2+ transfers in their lifetime. 

OLD definition of Adopted 30-Day: the user is enrolled and has made 2+ transfers, one of which was made within the last 30 days.
