User Definitions in the DailyPay Portal

The DailyPay Portal provides several reports to view usage metrics under the Reporting section. 

The definitions for Engaged Users and Adopted Users are as follows: 

• Engaged: The user is enrolled, and they made 1+ transactions in their lifetime.
• Adopted 30-Day: The user is enrolled , and they made 1+ transactions within the last 30 days.   
• Enrolled: The user meets eligibility criteria, and the user activated their provider account.

It is possible that an impact may be seen for both Engaged and Adopted user counts, which appear in the Enrollment Report and Location Report. These reports are visible to Full Permission Admins and View Only Admins.
