What is the Success Hub?

The DailyPay Success Hub is the one-stop shop for custom marketing plans, seasonal collateral, and everything else you need to educate employees and drive enrollment. It is designed to provide you with all the resources you need to effortlessly roll out and maintain the DailyPay program.

You can use the Success Hub to:

• Access everything you need to drive enrollment and engagement in one place.
• Leverage up-to-date content throughout rollout and beyond.
• Save time and create an on-brand experience with custom co-marketing materials.
• Make it easy for employees to learn about DailyPay with proven digital and print materials.

Who can access the Success Hub?

All DailyPay Portal admin permission levels have access to the Success Hub from within the DailyPay Portal. Additionally, any team member at your organization can access the Success Hub using your unique link, even if they don't have a DailyPay Portal login.

How do I access the Success Hub?

Follow these steps to access the Success Hub:

1. Log in to the DailyPay Portal.
2. Select the Success Hub tab.
3. Click the button labeled “Go to Success Hub.”

Your organization's unique Success Hub link is available once the implementation process begins. This link can be shared with any team members who need access to these resources.

How do I navigate the Success Hub?

Through the Success Hub main page you can find key navigational information:

• Resources: From this dropdown menu you are able to access all DailyPay collateral organized by milestone, from Pre-Launch, Launch Day, Post-Launch, and continuous training.
• Order Print Materials: Here you can find printed materials for marketing, FAQ, and more.
• Browse All: Here you can find all materials that are made available to you.
• Help Center: Here you and your teams can find help for any questions.

Under the resources dropdown you can find helpful materials no matter where you are in the DailyPay lifecycle:

• Pre-Launch: pre-launch timelines, email templates, and coming soon graphics to build excitement within your employee base.
• Launch Day: launch week templates, banner graphics, FAQ posters, benefit images, and training videos needed to announce DailyPay and guide enrollment.
• Post-Launch: post-launch email and mail templates, digital images, and additional resources to maintain excitement and awareness.
• DailyPay Training: training videos for employees and managers on how to get the most out of the DailyPay benefit.
• New Hire Assets: All the resources needed to seamlessly integrate DailyPay into your onboarding process, from training videos to open enrollment guides.
• Recruitment Tools: All the resources needed to integrate DailyPay into your recruitment process to help you hire faster and retain employees longer.
• Timely Toolkits: Toolkits to help you maximize the DailyPay benefit at key times throughout the year, such as Open Enrollment and Holidays.

How do I use the marketing materials, toolkits, and templates?

Using these materials is easy!

Timelines: Timelines are designed for easy guidance with clickable links in orange to provide you with additional resources along the journey.

Email Templates: To use any of the communication templates, click “Copy to clipboard” and send the message through your preferred email or communication channel.

Graphics, Posters, and Images: To use any of the graphics, click the “Pop-out” button to view your desired graphic and then click “Download.”

Training Videos: To use any of the training videos, click “Watch Video” which will provide you with a new link you can share with your teams.
