Giving Access to Guided Enrollment
Guided enrollment is a client-led enrollment tool to make it easier for employees to enroll and use DailyPay. More information about Guided Enrollment can be found here.
Onboarder is a role created to give your supervisors, HR representatives, and/ or operating managers access to the guided enrollment tool, so they can assist your employees in enrolling for DailyPay. To give access to guided enrollment, you will need to add the admin as the ‘Onboarder’ role via the Bulk Admin tool in your Client Portal
Once an Onboarder is configured, they will receive a welcome email from DailyPay with instructions on how to create a password and login. Please note that Onboarders will only have access to the guided enrollment tool and will not have any access to the Portal.
