DailyPay Portal Admin Permissions
DailyPay provides three different roles for admins using the DailyPay portal:
- Full Permission Admins have access to everything in the Portal and have the ability to add or edit other Full Permission Admins.
- Local Admins have permissions limited to the paygroup(s) and/or location(s) they have been granted access to. The specific paygroup(s) and/or location(s) are chosen when the admin is created. This role also has access to the Data Exchange logs but does not have access to the Enrollment, Usage or Location Dashboard.
- The View Only role has view only permissions across the platform.
For clients using Cycle, please refer to the descriptions below for Cycle access:
- Full Permissions Admins can send and approve Cycle payments to any employee.
- Local Admins have permission to send and approve Cycle payments to any employees that are within the specific paygroup(s) and/or location(s) the Local Admin has access to.
- The View Only role can view Cycle payments but cannot send or approve any Cycle payments.
For clients using Reward
The Operating Manager role is specific to Reward and gives the manager permission to access and send rewards for Campaigns they have been granted access to.
For clients using guided enrollment
The Onboarding Manager role is specific to guided enrollment and gives supervisors, HR representatives and/or operating managers access to guide employees through the Portal. This role does not have direct access to the Client Portal.
